College Fees

Whether it is for a full-time course, adult learning or adolescents, Hagley is an affordable study option. Our standard college fees are detailed here...

College fees are additional to subject and course fees and are payable at the Enrolment Centre.

You can pay by:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Visa/Mastercard
  • Internet Banking

To pay by internet banking you can pay directly into our school account.

Please include the students full name and details of payment i.e course name, as a reference.

Adolescents (under 19)

If you are under the age of 19 after the 1st January 2020, the College Donation/Contribution is $200. Extra costs are dependent on subjects chosen.

Hagley really appreciates the support we receive from our students, parents and families in the form of school donations. It should be remembered that, for students up to their 19th birthday, these are donations . Parents and caregivers are free to pay these in full, in part, or not at all.

Adults (19+)

If you are over the age of 19 on or before 1st January 2020 then you are required to pay the adult fees. This is an annual fee.

If you are studying over 8 hours per week:

$220 + course costs


If you are studying 8 hours or less per week:

$110 + course costs

The enrolment fees must be paid at the time of enrolment to secure your place in your classes.

Refund Policy

Enrolment Fee:
If a class is cancelled by the College or you withdraw before the February start date you will receive a full refund. Withdrawal from classes within two weeks from the start of the course you will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. There will be no refund if you withdraw from classes more than two weeks after the course start date.

Subject, Course and/or Material Fees:
Subject fees will be refunded at the discretion of the Head of Department and will be based on costs already incurred. Fees will be refunded to the bank account of the person or agency responsible for the payment.

Student Allowance:

Student allowance is available at secondary level. For more information please see staff in the Enrolment Centre.
