College Fees

College fees are additional to subject and course fees and are payable at the Enrolment Centre.
You can pay by:

- Visa/Mastercard
- Internet Banking
To pay by internet banking you can pay directly into our school account.

Please include the students full name and details of payment i.e course name, as a reference.
Adolescents (under 19)
Hagley College is now part of the Ministry of Education Donation Scheme which means for Adolescent Students, fees only apply to take home components & non curricular activities
Adults (19+)
If you are over the age of 19 on or before 1st January then you are required to pay the adult fees. This is an annual fee.
If you are studying 4 hours and under per week:
$120 + course costs
or
If you are studying 8 hours per week:
$180 + course costs
or
If you are studying over 8 hours per week:
$240 + course costs
All students 19 and over must pay enrolment and course fees on acceptance of enrolment to secure your place in your classes.
Free Enrolment
Enrol for free if you are the caregiver/parent of an adolescent studying at Hagley College. This also includes Hagley Preschool, course costs extra.

Refund Policy
Enrolment Fee:
If a class is cancelled by the College or you withdraw before the February start date you will receive a full refund. Withdrawal from classes within two weeks from the start of the course you will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. There will be no refund if you withdraw from classes more than two weeks after the course start date.
Subject, Course Cost/ Specialty Course Cost:
Subject fees will be refunded at the discretion of the Head of Department and will be based on costs already incurred. Fees will be refunded to the bank account of the person or agency responsible for the payment.
Student Allowance:
Student allowance is available at secondary level. For more information please see staff in the Enrolment Centre.
