After3 Enrolments 25

Enrolments for our After3 (evening programmes) have now closed for the Christmas holiday break and will re-open on Friday, 10th January 2025 at 3pm.

Hagley After3 courses are year-long programmes running once a week during term time for the school year, Monday to Thursday and Saturday, from early February to late November.

Most classes in the evening start from 5:30pm or 6pm. Times will be confirmed when timetables are emailed during the week of the 20th January. 

Saturday classes:

Ceramic Design Saturday class only (9am), Textiles Mixed Level Saturday class only (9am), Design in Glass, Metal & Plastic (10am)

Our After3 evening classes build the skills and understandings needed to transition successfully into Senior College NCEA programmes, vocational pathways, or in some cases tertiary level programmes. Over 900 students each year make the decision to study in After3. We look forward to you making your own success story with us in 2025.

Enrolment Fees apply to adult students only:

Adult Students (born on or before 1/1/2006)

$120 enrolment fee for one After3 class

$180 fee for two classes.

$240 fee for three or more classes.

The enrolment fee must be paid at the time of enrolment to secure your place in the class.

Materials Fees (Apply for all students)

Materials fees are applicable in some After3 courses, in addition to the enrolment fee. Please see individual courses for details. These must be paid at the time of enrolment. If you are unable to make the payment in full, please contact us to arrange a payment plan.

You can pay by cash, Eftpos, Visa/Mastercard or via internet banking.

Eligibility

You are eligible to enrol in After3 if:

• You are a NZ citizen or permanent resident aged 16 and over
• You are an Australian citizen
• You are not currently enrolled in secondary/correspondence school

You must present proof of identity Australian or New Zealand passport or NZ birth certificate. Students born outside of NZ must bring their passport with proof of residency/citizenship when applying.

You can only be enrolled for a maximum of 2 years in one particular course with the exception of language courses being 3 years.
