Yr 10 & Yr 11 Application Form

Please note if the number of applications exceeds the number of places, a ballot will be held on Friday 13th October. We will keep you up to date at each step of the process.

As part of our process we will also contact the current school.

Please ensure the following are included in your application:

NZ or Australian passport, or NZ birth certificate or citizen certificate or an overseas passport, including current dependent student visa.
Current school report including attendance
A statement supporting the application written by another person – this could be from a sports coach, family friend, teacher or church leader.

Steps to follow:
Download the Application form.
Save the form to your desktop.
Fill in the form, and re-save the form to your desktop.
Email the completed form with attached documents to KeenonHagley@hagley.school.nz
