Print making – 10am-3pm

Discover the joy of printmaking in this playful, hands-on workshop. You’ll spend the session exploring two engaging techniques: mono printing and Tetra Pak printmaking.

You’ll experiment, create, and take home your own handmade prints. All materials are provided.

Bird Photography – 9am – 12 pm

Cost $100

This intermediate‑level photography course is designed for those with a solid understanding of their camera, including confident use of Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO, and how these settings interact. The focus of the workshop is on photographing birdlife, with an emphasis on both technical skills and creative storytelling.

Sourdough for starters – 12pm – 3pm

Nadeeka Idamegedara

Cost $50

You’ll watch a full demonstration on feeding a sourdough starter and mixing and preparing the dough. Each participant will then feed their own starter and mix their own dough. You’ll take home your dough — ready to bake once fermentation is complete, likely the next day — along with your own sourdough starter so you can continue baking at home.

Learn to use a sewing machine – 12pm – 3pm

Tutor – Catherine Taylor Place – Wainuku WA10

Cost– $50

If you’re new to sewing or curious about what a sewing machine can really do, this handson course is the perfect place to begin.

Throughout the session, you’ll create a set of sample seams and hems, then sew a drawstring pouch to store your samples and take home.
