Please return your enrolment form togather with a copy of your latest school report and either your Record of Achievement or NZQA Result Notice and a
copy of your birth certificate, if available. You will then be contacted to arrange
an interview time to discuss and plan your subject choices.

Year 11 Students
You will need to complete some testing that will help enable us to choose the classes that will cater best for you. these tests need to be completed about one week before your enrolment interview.Please note that a parent or caregiver needs to attend the enrolment interview with students under 19 years of age.

Adult Students
Will need to show evidence of qualifications gained or proof of identity
as required by the Ministry of Education. Students born outside
New Zealand need to bring a passport when they enrol.

Completing the Application Form

  1. Please print Clearly
  2. Please complete all sections of page 1 & 2 of the form.
    Do not complete pages 3 and 4. This will be done at the interview.
  3. Students under 19; please supply names of both parents or caregivers.
  4. Adults; please give an emergency contact person (partner/friend/neighbour).
  5. Qualifications please write details of any training qualifications.
    This may include TOPS courses, Polytechnic courses etc., whether
    full-time or part-time.
  6. Include photocopies of relevant certificates, diplomas, references,
    reports and exam results.

Please notify the Enrolment Centre immediately if for any reason you
will not be accepting a place in 2009. Courses will not run if there are
insufficient enrolments.
