(Introductory Skills) Level 2
Two Full Days 8.40am to 5.00pm
In 12 Jewellery you learn how to design and create contemporary jewellery pieces that are individual and unique. Through the tutorage of practising artisans you will be amazed at what you can achieve.
Major course components:
Workshop craft
14 hours tuition. An introduction to a wide range of practical metalcraft processes: forming and casting, soldering and riveting, decorative techniques, stone setting.
Drawing and design
Basic drawing skills, design process.
Presentation drawing and rendering with colour.
Presentation photography.
Credits: 11 internal
Entry requirements: Interview and suitable experience/background.
Materials fee: $220 Does not include precious metals cost.
