Cancellation Policy: If courses are cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, we will contact you before the course is due to start and any materials fees paid will be refunded.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Withdrawals notified more than 7 days before the course is due to commence, will qualify for a full refund of materials fees. After this time no refund will be made. Continued absence for more than four weeks without explanation may result in your place being offered to someone else on the waiting list.
Parking: Plenty of parking is available after 3pm in the school grounds and in surrounding streets.
Emergency Evacuation: In the event of an emergency or if you hear a fire alarm, please leave your class in an orderly way by the quickest and safest route.
Complaints Policy: A copy of the complaints Policy is available at the Enrolment Centre.
Teachers: In the great majority of cases classes will be taught by teachers named in this prospectus but for a variety of reasons this cannot always be guaranteed.
Repeat Enrolments: After Three courses have a focus on supporting pathways and further learning. The maximum time students can be enrolled in any one class is two years.
