Module 1: Beginners Photography – A Guide to Digital SLR
• Understand the different controls available on the D-SLR.
• Understand the basics of lighting in the natural environment.
• Understand basic composition.
Module 2: Intermediate Photography – Advancing the Digital SLR Experience
• Understand the advanced features of the D-SLR.
• Understand how to take full control of exposure.
Module 3: Digital Photography – Photoshop Basics
• Understand the basic operation of Photoshop when related to D-SLR photography.
• Understand photo manipulation.
• Understand the basics of colour, profiles, calibration and printing.
Module 4: Digital Photography – Creating a Portfolio
• Understand how to create a portfolio.
• Produce a self-directed portfolio.
• Understand the importance of an online presence in today’s modern world of digital photography.
