Senior College Enrolments

We still have limited spaces available for year 12s, 13s, adult students and After 3. Applications close on Friday 10th February 2017. Call us on 03 364 5156 to book an appointment.


1. Pop into the enrolment centre Monday – Friday between 9am – 3pm

OR register your interest by visiting and filling in your details to receive an enrolment pack.

2. Complete the first 2 pages of the application form and return it to the enrolment centre with:

  • New Zealand Birth Certificate or New Zealand Passport or Passport with proof of residency or student visa (certified copies accepted)
  • Adolescent Students (under 19) – we need to see your latest school report, current NZQA entries and NCEA Record of Achievement if you have one.
  • Adult students (19 and over) – we need copies of any qualifications gained i.e. Record of Achievement.

3. Enrolment staff will contact you to discuss your application and arrange an interview during Term 4, (if student is under 19 a caregiver must also attend). All going well your programme will be confirmed at this stage. Please note: You may also require an audition or assessment prior to your interview, you will be notified if this is the case.

5. In January you will be posted your timetable including start dates and orientation programme.


Year 12 Students: 

  • Must study at least 20 hours per week
  • Maximum of 24 hours
  • English is compulsory (4 years at secondary school level)
  • Part-time programmes can be taken only with individual authorisation.

Year 13 Students:

  • Must study at least 20 hours per week
  • Maximum of 24 hours
  • Part-time programmes can be taken only with individual authorisation.


  • You may choose a full-time or part-time programme (maximum study of 5 subjects/20hours).
  • You must have, or be studying towards, minimum literacy and numeracy requirements.
